- Maintain automations, dashboards, and traceability between stories, epics, and releases
- Cross-Team & Project Coordination: Coordinate work across backend, frontend, mobile, QA, and design
- Manage dependencies between VTA (mobile app), VE (enterprise platform), and Innovation tracks
- Track progress on key features (e.g., itinerary sharing, hotel booking engine, notification system)
- Meeting & Stakeholder Management: Set, prepare, and lead team syncs, reviews, and leadership updates
- Ensure all action items are documented, assigned, and followed up
- Serve as the bridge between product, engineering, design, QA, and leadership
- Release & Risk Management: Plan, track, and coordinate releases across web and mobile
- Ensure QA readiness, deployment success, and rollback plans
- Maintain risk registers and escalate critical issues early
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and improve sprint KPIs: delivery rate, spillover, blocker resolution
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership on delivery health
- Monitor tech debt ratio and ensure balance in sprint planning
- Documentation & Coaching: Maintain Confluence structure, sprint templates, and grooming docs
- Coach teams on agile delivery, Jira usage, and delivery consistency
- Facilitate team improvement and knowledge-sharing rituals
