An international technology company based in Dubai is seeking a Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will engage with customers to enhance their use of AWS services, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have over 2 years of technical engineering experience, proficiency in scripting languages, and strong communication skills for customer-facing presentations. As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll be part of a pool of trusted advisors who have a direct impact on helping OnRamp customers gain the most value from cloud technology. You’ll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of AWS services—including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, CDN, IoT, and many more.
As we continue to rapidly expand in EMEA, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your technical consulting and leadership skills. You’ll work with talented cloud technologists while expanding your knowledge of AWS products and have the chance to receive mentorship and gain AWS certifications.
