Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated individual to deliver team sales targets in the consumer segment. Responsibilities include preparing route plans, engaging dealers, closing sales, and promoting new products. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, telecommunications knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field and pre-University education is required. This role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of individual and team targets for acquisition targets in consumer segment.
  • Responsible for preparing route plan for team members and ensuring team’s compliance to the plan.
  • Increasing revenue by up-selling additional bundle & plans.
  • Ensuring Stock Availability.
  • Closing deals and maintaining dealer relationships.
  • Promoting new products and services through dealers’ outlets.
  • Achieving sales targets that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Coordination with other departments as necessary to facilitate dealer satisfaction.
  • Keeping the sales force engaged and motivated to get the best results.
  • Expanding the reach.
  • Ensuring Compliance – RRMC & TDRA.
