Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from scheduling interviews to facilitating onboarding, helping us attract top-tier talent in the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support & Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule complex interviews (phone, video, and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Post job openings on internal career sites, external job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayut, specialized portals), and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates for various roles, including Real Estate Agents, Admin, and Operations staff.
2. Candidate Management & Onboarding
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Draft offer letters and employment contracts in compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting necessary documentation for visa processing and coordinating first-day logistics.
3. Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Assist in sourcing passive candidates through professional networks and databases.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position Nationwide Middle East Properties as an employer of choice in the UAE real estate sector.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities as required.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports (Time-to-Hire, Source of Hire) to track team performance.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to internal SOPs and UAE labor laws.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a recruitment administrative role. Experience in the Real Estate or Property Management sector is a plus.
- Certification: aPHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources), PHR, or a similar HR certification is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
