Job description
  • Conduct high-volume interviews for blue-collar roles (e.g., kitchen staff, frontline, operations, service staff) in line with approved manpower plans and timelines.
  • Travel frequently for bulk hiring drives (local and international) to conduct walk-in interviews, assessment days, and mass recruitment events as per business requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage recruitment agencies by sharing demand forecasts, screening criteria, interview schedules, and continuously tracking performance and hiring quality.
  • Support online and virtual interviews (Zoom/Teams/ATS platforms) for overseas candidates, ensuring smooth coordination, documentation, and candidate experience.
  • Shortlist candidates efficiently based on role requirements, basic compliance checks, and business priorities to meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers (requirements, interviewed, selected, offered, joined, dropouts) with high accuracy and real-time status.
  • Source candidates directly when required through job portals, databases, referrals, walk-ins, and field sourcing to reduce agency dependency.
  • Coordinate interview logistics including venue setup, interview panels, schedules, travel arrangements, and daily hiring reports during mass hiring campaigns.
  • Ensure timely sharing of candidate data with onboarding, HR operations, and mobilization teams to support smooth joining and deployment.
  • Support continuous improvement of bulk hiring processes by highlighting bottlenecks, agency gaps, sourcing challenges, and recommending practical solutions.
