Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the overall analysis and reporting of investment performance and risk across private and public portfolios.
  2. Oversee consolidated group financial reporting and continuously improve internal financial controls and procedures.
  3. Standardise reporting methodologies across the group, ensuring best practices in performance analytics globally.
  4. Incorporate capital market expectations into portfolio allocation and NAV growth scenario modelling.
  5. Manage performance analytics across private and public investments, highlighting key risk exposures and investment trends.
  6. Monitor exposure to market, liquidity, and concentration risks, ensuring proactive internal risk mitigation.
  7. Collaborate with data teams and external vendors to develop dashboarding tools and data visualisation.
  8. Oversee the audit process and manage relationships with key service providers.
  9. Lead financial planning and analysis, including budget reviews and forecasting.
  10. Supervise capital planning, optimise cash flow through robust modelling and procedures.
  11. Drive improvements in data integration across business functions.
  12. Support group tax compliance by providing necessary financial information.
  13. Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  14. Work closely with other business functions to develop a cohesive performance reporting strategy.
  15. Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and facilitate strategic decision-making.
Who we are looking for
  • Qualified Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes in both private and public markets.
  • Proficiency in performance analytics and financial reporting within investment management or financial services.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams across different areas.
  • Strategic thinker capable of synthesising complex data into actionable insights.
  • Track record of enhancing efficiency, automation, and strategic reporting in investment performance management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with hands-on execution.
  • An MBA or equivalent qualification is beneficial.
