Supply Chain Manager

An exciting opportunity has recently opened within a multinational FMCG business. They are currently looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager to join their growing team in Dubai, UAE.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will:

1. Oversee the overall supply chain operation in the UAE
2. Work with the Market Director and the sales team in driving the market potential of the business through execution of a world class customer order management
3. Manage the direct customers of the business from a supply chain perspective
4. Ensure the accuracy of the supply forecast and the efficiency of the customer service and logistics
5. Represent the Supply Chain Function in the Demand Management Review
6. Develop and deliver the continuous improvement initiatives on SAP

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. Degree level education
2. At least 5-8 years experience in supply chain operations within the FMCG industry
3. Working knowledge in SAP
4. People management and leadership skills
5. Strong communication and relationship building skills
6. Customer focused and results driven
