Based in Dubai we are looking for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with our warehouse provider.
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor all operations that need to be done/proceed.
- Do the follow up to get all operations done with high quality services and in the best lead time.
- Define & suggest all continuous improvements that need to be made.
- Manage inventory system and information technology issues between our provider and our company.
- Review and control invoices.
- Be the supply expert for the area for our HQ and customers.
- Main contact for all our brands to get all the necessary information and documents for our market.
- Manage all supply data and documents pertaining to and required for our brand portfolio.
- Onboard all new products in stock with all the actions that need to be done.
- Organize & find a solution for our customer's requirements for a specific market.
- Coordinate and propose an action plan for our near‑expiry products, low‑rotation products, and product portfolio.
- Be the forecast expert for the area.
- Work closely with our main partner to define their forecast.
- Provide analysis and trends in order to define an accurate global forecast.
- Coordinate and be the link between our customers, sales team.
- Analyze all forecasts in our system in comparison to the trends analysis.
- After managing to get the right replenishment improve our forecast accuracy to increase our customer service level and reduce our overstock.
- Define and review the weekly/monthly supply dashboard with all the main KPI.

- Supply/Warehouse/forecast expertise and knowledge.
- Coordinating the actions of different teams.
- Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Organized, taking initiative, solutions‑oriented.
- Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to all inquiries/issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 5 years of proven similar experience.
- A professional background in Food industry will be ideal.
- Strong ERP/CRM systems skills and practices (SAP, Salesforce) and also the Office package (Excel mainly).
- Very good communication skills, verbal and written.
- English spoken.
- Computer skills.
- Team Player.
