Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day executive functions, ensure seamless workflow, and act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and business documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
  • Support project tracking, follow-ups, and task management for executive initiatives.
  • Oversee office-related coordination, event support, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs to assist decision‑making.
  • Plan and manage expenses, reimbursements, procurement requests, and executive budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Experience managing travel arrangements and working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
