Overview

As our Strategy Director, you will lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our global portfolio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to the full strategy and key stakeholders of the company, supporting the Executive in their growth agenda.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of the long-term strategy to drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Financial Modelling: Oversee the key financial models behind the strategic agenda and key growth initiatives of the company.
  • Project Leadership: Manage complex project lifecycles from ideation to stabilization, supporting the C-suite in designing their scope and managing their execution.
  • Project Management: Drive large-scale growth projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring agility across multiple workstreams and monitoring that all deadlines and strategic objectives are met.
  • Performance Insights: Deliver clear, actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to the executive leadership team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure strategic alignment and structured project execution.
  • Market Analysis/ Benchmarking: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify value-add opportunities and brand positioning enhancements.
Skills / Qualifications

Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience from a top-tier Management Consulting background (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain or equivalent).

Industry Expertise: Experience in Strategy, Transformation and PMO projects; experience in hospitality projects and with hospitality clients, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.

Technical Skills: Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint for complex financial modeling, data analysis, and executive presentations.

Project Management: Strong project management skills with a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. Ability to manage senior stakeholders.

Agility: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a transformation-focused, fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.

Relocation: Fully willing and able to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
