Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in internal controls, audit, or operational finance.
• At least 3 years in retail real estate, hospitality, or asset-heavy industries.
• Expert knowledge of COSO / ICFR / SOX methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage group-wide financial control framework.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting regulations.
• Lead periodic control testing and self-assessments.
