The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, managing procurement documentation, and building vendor relationships to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement within an IT company, UAE experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, brands, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure IT hardware, software, and accessories based on business needs.
• Contact and coordinate with vendors for quotations and stock availability.
• Compare quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders.
• Manage procurement documentation and supplier database.
• Follow up on orders and deliveries to ensure fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
