Job summary

A leading diversified regional business in Dubai is seeking a supply chain specialist to manage strategic purchasing and optimize inventory. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, at least 2 years of experience in supply chain roles, and proficient in SAP. Responsibilities include releasing orders, tracking inventory, and driving process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to enhance operational efficiency and ensure stock health across various models.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in supply chain roles, preferably automotive.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems.
• Proven ability in business/process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Release daily/weekly/monthly purchase orders and ensure confirmations.
• Track dispatches and follow up on backorders.
• Maintain stock availability through analysis and ordering.
• Monitor aged, excess, and obsolete stock for reduction.
• Develop dashboards for proactive process monitoring.
