Job summary

A leading professional services firm is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner based in Dubai. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing overall performance, and developing talent within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring considerable HR experience, especially within professional services, and have a strong ability to influence senior management. This position involves both strategic insights and operational execution, ensuring the implementation of effective HR initiatives across the region. Qualifications

  • Experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a professional services organisation.
  • Experience in a matrixed/global environment is strongly desirable.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing impactful HR initiatives.
  • Experience of partnering with and influencing management and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and best practices in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and deliver people priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders on HR issues.
  • Support performance management and talent management initiatives.
  • Lead and develop HR regional teams to implement strategies.
  • Provide insights and guidance on employee relations matters.

Education
