Job summary

A diversified regional business in Dubai is looking for an experienced Food Buyer to oversee the procurement of food products across MENA stores. The role requires planning, forecasting, and managing stock levels to ensure product availability while achieving sales and margin targets. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of Food Buying experience within FMCG and have strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Food Buying within FMCG companies.
• Experience in food technical and supply chain management.
• Proficient in analyzing financial, market, and customer data.
• Capable of identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and order relevant product categories.
• Achieve KPI targets for sales, margin, and market share.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues within M&S MENA and the UK team.
• Supervise Food Category Assistants and liaise with the UK team.
• Provide regular feedback and recognition to team members.
