Job summary

A prominent technology firm in the UAE seeks an experienced professional for Strategic Account Management & Business Development. This role involves building key client relationships, driving business growth, and managing sales strategies. Ideal candidates should have a background in IT services, with 5+ years in account management, and strong communication skills. A master's degree is preferred. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in account management, client relations, or sales.
  • Desired: 7+ years managing key accounts or enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Create and manage a structured sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Propose tailored solutions across CNS’s portfolio.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams to support project execution.

Skills

Strong communication and client relationship management skills
Solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and outsourcing models
Strategic account planning and business development expertise
Experience working with SLAs, contracts, and service delivery frameworks
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and remote stakeholders
Strong negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills
Experience managing global accounts or offshore delivery models
Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and enterprise procurement systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Master’s degree (MBA or a related field)
