Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business and digital analysis roles within transformation environments.
• Proven ability to work across both traditional BRD-based and Agile delivery models.
• Knowledge of financial services, leasing, and rental processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements by conducting workshops with business teams.
• Define Agile artifacts like User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Facilitate testing and ensure UAT readiness before release.
