Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in high-growth tech, healthtech, or consulting environments.
• 3+ years in strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience directing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic initiatives across technology, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Serve as primary liaison between Product/Technology teams and Clinical/Business Operations.
• Manage communications from the Founder's office to stakeholders.
