Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in power generation sales or aftermarket roles.
  • 7 years of experience in a similar business development customer-facing role.
  • Must have proficiency in English; Arabic, German, or French is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships with key prime genset users.
  • Develop a robust pipeline for future sales of power plants.
  • Ensure assigned customers have a Positive Experience.
  • Serve as the industry expert for Caterpillar’s genset portfolio.
  • Identify gaps in product offerings and provide feedback.
  • Create go-to-market strategies for sales increases.
