Job summary

A leading aviation service provider in Abu Dhabi seeks a Procurement Specialist to ensure timely and compliant supply of aircraft materials. The role involves executing procurement activities, managing vendor performance, and optimizing costs. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Aviation or Supply Chain, possess over 5 years of experience in aviation procurement, and have a strong background in MRO systems. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ aviation procurement experience in Airline/MRO preferred.
• Advanced capability in Excel and familiarity with MRO systems required.
• Solid understanding of aircraft technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement of aircraft parts and services in line with KPIs.
• Manage AOG and critical demand to minimize disruptions.
• Drive cost optimization through price analysis and negotiation.
