We are currently hiring an experienced and organized Store Keeper with hands‑on ERP system knowledge to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and warehouse operations efficiently while ensuring all stock transactions are accurately recorded in the company ERP platform.

This role is well‑suited for someone with strong attention to detail, familiarity with storekeeping procedures, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify incoming materials, tools, and supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders
  • Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP system in real‑time
  • Issue materials to internal departments based on approved requests and log transactions in ERP
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment based on usage patterns
  • Conduct routine stock audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies in ERP records
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss
  • Generate inventory reports and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual audits
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store area in line with company policies
  • Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational guidelines in all store operations
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or technical materials (as applicable)
  • Proficiency in inventory management principles and stock control processes
  • Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, trolleys) if required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills including MS Excel and Word
  • Physically fit to manage warehousing activities when necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in supply chain or warehouse management is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a UAE-based company
  • Knowledge of import/export processes and local supplier dealings
  • Forklift license or certification (optional but an advantage)
  • Exposure to barcode systems or inventory scanners
