KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Stock merchandise onto shelves and organize the sales floor to create a pleasant and safe shopping environment
  • Follow-up and control the monthly turning inventories with specific action plans to ensure zero stock loss
  • Prepare the annual inventory and look for any discrepancies and set actions to rectify as needed
  • Take a strong control of All After sales cases, clients repair etc. and monitor it perfectly with follow up
  • Guarantee consistent level of key stock and share feedback accordingly
  • Ensure that the image of the Store is in line with corporate standards
  • Maintain organization, grooming and appearance of all areas respecting the Visual Merchandising Standard
  • Participate in maintaining a positive work environment
  • Work well in a team and actively support and assist your colleagues
  • Provide high quality relevant feedback and requested report to the management
  • Support team members by performing routine inventory tasks and following established procedures
  • Train and coach colleagues to handle nonroutine transactional activities, stock shelves, replenish inventory, and present merchandise effectively
  • Perform operational tasks by adhering to established processes, adjusting multiple settings or parameters to meet performance standards
  • Prioritize workflow to meet quality and timeliness standards, utilizing performance management systems to enhance personal performance
  • Sound experience and understanding of procedures & IT systems
