Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen dishwashing and dining areas to five-star standards.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils and dishware are cleaned, sanitized and properly stored.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff as required to support smooth operations.
• Dispose of waste responsibly and follow health and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to uphold high standards of service and presentation.
