Job summary

A leading entrepreneurial ecosystem builder is seeking a Community Officer in Abu Dhabi. This role is focused on building and sustaining a vibrant entrepreneurial community, engaging startups and partners in various activities. Responsibilities include event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and community support. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, experience in community engagement, and fluency in Arabic and English. This position is strictly for UAE Nationals as part of Emiratization objectives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in community engagement or ecosystem-focused roles.
• Experience in startups, accelerators, or youth-focused initiatives is a plus.
• Highly organized and proactive in fast-paced environments.

• Support delivery of in-house and partner-led programs.
• Coordinate space usage for community activities and events.
• Maintain accurate records of events, attendance, and engagement metrics.
