Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Dubai is seeking a professional to lead government approval processes for major engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with Native Arabic proficiency and experience dealing with authorities. Responsibilities

We envision success in this role to involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with authorities, developers, consultants, and contractors from NOI submittals to obtaining all necessary NOCs and approvals from relevant authorities, enabling the contractor to proceed with construction.
  • Leading a team of stakeholder.
  • Submitting and following up with various authorities to secure required approvals.
  • Managing the approval process with municipalities and all other relevant authorities.
  • Collecting and organizing data from authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the project manager, senior management, and the design team to ensure timely and regulation-compliant submissions.
  • Providing guidance to the project team on approval processes, procedures, and solutions.
  • Presenting the statutory requirements for each project to ensure they are incorporated into project timelines.
  • Preparing and reviewing required documentation for various submissions.
  • Representing KEO with government authorities and other stakeholders for design approvals, NOCs, and related matters.
Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 7 years work experience partnered with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.

Candidates with experience in dealing with authorities and government departments for major engineering programs will be given preference.
