Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine operations, start-up, shutdown, and turnaround activities.
• Monitor, adjust, and optimize plant parameters to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve process issues across multiple operational areas.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational documentation.
• Deliver training within the area of expertise when required.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in petrochemical or chemical operations, with exposure to similar plants.
• Skills:
  • High-level troubleshooting and systematic execution of procedures.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety, housekeeping, and operational documentation.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • PC literacy.

Salary Details:

• Operators: Basic Salary: SR 4,000 SR 7,000.
• Specialist & Engineers: Basic Salary: SR 8,000 SR 10,000.
  Note: Salary may increase for skilled and relevant candidates.
