Our client, a semi government organization, is urgently looking for a Sponsorship Manager who will be based in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing long-term partnerships with current and potential sponsors, sourcing new sponsors, and servicing new & existing sponsorships around new & existing events/programs in coordination with the Strategic Advisor and Senior Managers. You will also manage private cash and in-kind fundraising in the form of appropriations, grants and corporate sponsorships for the annual events/programs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term partnerships with current and potential sponsors.
• Sourcing new sponsors and servicing sponsorships for new and existing events/programs.
• Coordinate with the Strategic Advisor and Senior Managers to align sponsorships with organizational programs.
• Manage private cash and in-kind fundraising (appropriations, grants, and corporate sponsorships) for the annual events/programs.

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in the Sponsorship/Partnership role, including management experience.
