Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate must have a DHA license or be eligible for DHA licensure, possess fluency in Arabic, and preferably be female. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders. Your expertise and dedication will help improve their quality of life and enhance their ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and individual needs.
  • Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions to clients, incorporating appropriate therapeutic techniques.
  • Help individuals improve their communication skills, such as articulation, fluency, voice, and language.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to ensure integrated and holistic care.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Educate and train individuals, families, and caregivers on strategies to support communication development and improve speech skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about advancements in speech therapy techniques, research, and best practices.
  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards while providing speech therapy services.

Requirements:

  • Valid DHA license as a Speech Therapist or eligibility for DHA licensure.
