  • Account Support: Manage a portfolio of partner accounts acting as a key point of contact to support their growth.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance data to uncover trends, opportunities and risks.

  • Growth Initiatives: Assist in planning and executing initiatives such as menu optimization, promotions, upselling strategies and operational improvements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing operations and product teams to ensure smooth rollout and impact of growth plans.

  • Insights & Reporting: Prepare regular reports and share actionable insights with both internal stakeholders and partners.

  • Partner Communication: Maintain strong professional relationships with partners by providing proactive support and recommendations.
