JOB PURPOSE
Audit & manage the Security Framework, Policies & Procedures and Protocols in the realm of Security Management in line with International Standards and Best Practices.
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support in the development of the SM function in line with leading international best practice.
- Support to manage Security Management Team and Security Register at Corporate Level.
- Timely submission of personal objectives of subordinates to the senior management
- Participate in planning, scheduling and conducting the internal SM / audit system on SM.
- Collect and review all types of Security risks/impacts at a corporate level that may affect RTA to determine
- Significance levels and facilitate preparation of Security response Plans in coordination with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with necessary parties in reviewing, implementing and auditing Security Management framework and associated policies, and procedures
- Support Communication & Implementation of Corporate Security policy that is understood and effectively implemented throughout all Agencies.
- Provide support for consolidating RTA’s annual Security Management reporting.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate
- Assist in the development, continuously update, Maintain, Monitor and Review effectiveness of RTA Security framework that complies with International Security Management standards and current best practice.
- Support the implementation of roles and responsibilities and accountability for Strategic Management (SM) from Security Management Perspective.
- Support integration of Security Management with other RTA management systems.
- Comply with the RTA’s Policies, procedures, environmental aspects, health & safety standards and quality objectives & standards and requirements.
- Support in auditing and implementing strategies for the overall SM directions for the RTA and oversee their implementation in respective Agencies.
- Coordinate RTA Security Management Team activities and ensure readiness.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and forecast, policy implementation and to evaluate and recommend specific adjustments during the implementation of Security to satisfy operational needs.
- Support the requirement for integrated program plans and activities to protect the organization and exploit Opportunities
- Implement directives from the Manager and provide full assistance for the execution of roles and duties

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in law or business administration, Communication, Information Technology from a recognized University with 5 years of experience in the work
