We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our team, elevate guest experiences and drive the success of our spa operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily spa operations ensuring smooth delivery of treatments and services.
  • Manage and inspire a team of therapists, receptionists and attendants.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and continuously improve service standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, inventory and revenue goals.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and brand standards.
  • Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to maximize bookings and retail sales.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Background in wellness hospitality or physiotherapy is a plus.
  • Knowledge of spa software systems and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for guest experience.
