Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef with a strong background in authentic Italian cuisine to support our culinary operations. This role is ideal for an experienced culinary professional who embodies the spirit and tradition of Italian cooking. As an Italian national, the candidate will bring cultural authenticity, creativity, and a deep understanding of Italian culinary techniques to our kitchen.

  1. Assist the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations.
  2. Prepare and present dishes in line with traditional and modern Italian standards.
  3. Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation.
  4. Monitor kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
  5. Contribute to the development of seasonal Italian menus.
  6. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
  7. Manage kitchen inventory, food cost control, and waste reduction.
  8. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning kitchen environment.
Qualifications
