Solution Consultant – MENA (ONESOURCE Tax & E-Invoicing Solutions)

Location: Dubai, UAE (covering Middle East & North Africa region)

Department: Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting
Reports to: Regional Sales Director – Tax & E-Invoicing Solutions

We’re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solution Consultant to partner with our Sales team in driving growth across the MENA region. You’ll lead the technical and functional positioning of ONESOURCE Tax Solutions and Pagero E-Invoicing solutions. This role blends tax domain expertise with technology consulting – ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of compliance, ERP systems, and digital transformation.

About the Role

As an Solution Consultant with Thomson Reuters, you will:

  • Engage with CFOs, Tax, and IT leaders to understand their indirect tax and e-invoicing needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and value-based presentations tailored to customer challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures leveraging ONESOURCE and Pagero capabilities.
  • Support RFP/RFI processes with detailed functional and technical.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to develop go-to-market strategies and proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Stay informed about evolving VAT/e-Invoicing regulations across GCC & MENA markets.
  • Provide thought leadership through webinars, events, and customer advisory sessions.
About You

You’re a fit for the role of Solution Consultant if your background includes:

  • 6–10 years of experience in Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales for enterprise tax, ERP, or compliance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of VAT/GST, E-Invoicing mandates, and global indirect tax processes.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is strongly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to ONESOURCE, Pagero, or similar tax automation solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex solution cycles across multi-country deals.
  • Arabic speaking skills would be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
