Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architectwho will have a key role in discovering opportunities and in positioning Help AG’s security solutions to customers and prospects and creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses. The Solution Architect will have a critical role in ensuring the success of Proof of Concepts. During and post implementation, the Solution Architect will be tasked with ensuring customer success (from a technology architecture and a solutions point of view), ensuring alignment with the implementation teamand detecting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The role is crucial to Help AG’s success in the market and is strongly sales focused to ensure increased business.

Responsibilities

• Discovering opportunities, positioning Help AG’s securityincreased business services to customers and prospects and creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses.

• Ensuring the success of Proof of Concepts.

• During and post implementation, the Solution Architect will be tasked with ensuring customer success (from a technology architecture and a solutions point of view), ensuring alignment with the delivery units and detecting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

• EnsureHelp AG’s success in the market and strongly sales-focused to ensure increased business.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from a related field and relevant security certifications, both from vendors and vendor-independent parties.

• Excellent understanding of Cyber, and information security challenges and strategies.

• Prior experience in positioning managed security services.

• Prior experience in positioning GRC and VAPT services.

• Technical and solution knowledge on Cloud IT and Sec Technologies.

• Strong Consulting skills covering both technical as well as commercial understanding of anopportunity.

• Solid understanding of technology from both a technical as well as a concept perspective.

• Strong pedagogical skills in explaining difficult technical concepts in an easy to understand way

• Solid business acumen.

• Excellent report/technical documentation writing skills.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Flexible work approach based on the requirements of the job.

• Strong verbal and written command of English.

• Prior pre-sales experience is desired but not mandatory.
