Job summary

A leading software company in Dubai is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to manage and mentor the QA team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in QA methodologies and tools is essential, as well as proficiency in automation frameworks. Candidates must have online gaming experience and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Mentor : Manage, guide, and develop the QA team to ensure effective testing processes and professional growth.
  • Testing Strategy : Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align on quality goals and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Defect Management : Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are in place.
  • Compliance & Standards : Ensure adherence to industry best practices, coding guidelines, and relevant quality standards.
  • Reporting : Provide regular updates on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
