We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in the Fintech and Investment sector. The ideal candidate will manage the company\'s social media presence, create high-performing campaigns across META (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn, and work closely with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Develop, implement and manage social media strategies for META Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads to achieve business objectives.
Create, schedule and optimize engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
Manage influencer partnerships including identification, outreach, negotiation and campaign execution.
Monitor, track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to continuously optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals, copy and videos aligned with brand messaging.
Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools and best practices relevant to Fintech and Investment sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant digital communities and industry thought leaders.
Report regularly to senior management on campaign performance, ROI and social media growth strategies.
Minimum 5 years of social media management experience, preferably in Fintech, Investment or Financial Services.
Proven expertise in running and optimizing campaigns on META Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience in influencer management and executing influencer-driven campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
Experience in growth marketing, lead generation or paid performance campaigns.
Knowledge of Fintech or financial investment products and their target audiences.
