Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in snacks or FMCG.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory production role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans aligned with demand forecasts and business targets.
• Manage daily production of snack products and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Lead, train, and supervise production supervisors and operators.

Skills

Strong knowledge of snack food production processes

Understanding of food safety, quality, and hygiene standards

Education
