Qualifications

Job description

Site Management & Supervision

• Supervise all site activities related to aluminium and glass installation including curtain walls windows doors skylights and cladding.

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings method statements and quality standards.

• Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors site workers and the internal project team.

Team Leadership

• Manage and direct installation crews foremen and laborers.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks allocate manpower and monitor productivity.

• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

Quality & Safety Assurance

• Monitor quality of work and conduct site inspections.

• Report any non-conformities or quality issues to the Project Engineer.

• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and report incidents or unsafe practices.

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain daily site logs and progress records.

• Report site status material requirements and manpower needs to the Project Manager.

• Liaise with contractors consultants and clients when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering Construction or a related field.

• Minimum 35 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the aluminium & glass or façade industry in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems glass types fixing methods and façade installation techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and installation details.

• Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel email) for reporting purposes.

• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
