Job summary

A leading engineering firm is looking for an experienced Construction Engineer (MOC) to manage and control Management of Change activities during oil & gas projects for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi. The role requires overseeing field changes, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 12+ years in relevant construction projects, and significant experience in MOC processes. Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas construction projects.
  • At least 3–5 years of direct MOC experience on ADNOC or Middle East EPC/EPCM projects.
  • Strong site-based construction experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the site focal point for all construction-related MOCs.
  • Identify, initiate, review, and track MOCs during construction activities.
  • Ensure changes are evaluated for technical, safety, cost, schedule, and operational impact.

Skills

Knowledge of ADNOC MOC procedures and standards
Understanding of EPCM workflows and construction practices
Coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple MOCs
Documentation and reporting skills
Understanding of HSE and risk management

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline)
