Overview

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service, product information, and warranty inquiries. This role includes managing and processing warranty claims in compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines, verifying warranty coverage, and maintaining accurate documentation of service history, parts, and repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the technical team to assess, validate, and coordinate warranty repairs.
  • Schedule repair appointments, monitor service timelines, and provide customers with status updates.
  • Coordinate technician workload with the service department to maximize efficiency.
  • Assist customers with parts identification and ordering, ensuring correct components are provided.
  • Work with inventory staff to ensure parts availability for service and warranty needs.
