Job summary

A leading construction and engineering firm based in Dubai is seeking a Working Capital & Treasury Lead. The successful candidate will manage all working capital components such as Accounts Payable and Receivable, cash management, and oversee compliance with financial policies. The role also involves leading a team, providing financial analysis, and ensuring efficient treasury operations. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in finance or accounting, 7-10 years of relevant experience, and excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of accounting experience focused on working capital and treasury.
• Experience in construction/contracting treasury with bonds and guarantees.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead working capital components including Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Manage daily treasury operations including cash positions.
• Oversee billing cycles and monitor DSO performance.
