Responsibilities

• Provide advice to business management in developing compliance policies.
• Support the Compliance Officer in responding to regulatory notices.
• Conduct annual reviews to ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in compliance training sessions preparation.
• Identify and investigate potential rule breaches.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on compliance issues.
• Attend local committees to advise on compliance priorities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and share insights with the team.
• Conduct the Compliance Monitoring program.
• Oversee AML/CFT policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
