Job summary

A prominent management firm in the UAE is seeking a Technical Inspection Manager to lead all inspection activities ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. The role focuses on managing inspection teams, preparing technical reports, and supporting commercial engagements. Candidates must possess a degree in engineering and have 7-10 years of relevant experience in inspection, particularly with cranes and industrial machinery. Certification in relevant inspection standards is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in inspection, testing, and certification—preferably with cranes, lifting equipment, or industrial machinery.
  • Certifications such as LEEA, ASNT (NDT Levels I–III), API, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international inspection standards (ASME, LOLER, EN, ISO).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and execute inspections for equipment and machinery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of inspectors and technicians.
  • Provide expert advice on equipment specifications and compliance.
  • Communicate inspection findings clearly to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to company QHSE policies and local regulations.
