RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES)
Candidate should have implementation experience in Microsoft Technologies like Active Directory Exchange On Prem Office 365 and HyperV Windows (DNS/RADIUS DHCP).
Hands‑on experience is a must and technologies last used must be within the last two years.
- Active Directory and Group Policy deployment and Troubleshooting
- Exchange OnPrem and Office 365 migration projects
- Office 365 Exchange online MS Teams OneDrive O365 security and Tenant to Tenant Migration
- Configuration and Management of ADFS environment.
- Configure and Manage Azure AD Connect server
- Manage Entra ID and conditional access policy and Windows Hello for business
- Configure and troubleshoot Terminal servers (RDS) Windows Clustering
- Strong experience in SCCM 2012 / version & 1902 and Intune Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Experience on AAD/Intune Centralized Application Management deployment and support
- Experience on Windows servers upgrade from legacy to latest versions
- Windows SCCM patch management and Windows security baseline deployment and testing
- Develop project document, update internal documentation and configuration items
- Proactive in resolving support requests escalated from services delivery team
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule depending on business need
- Technical SME for the technologies listed below in the Competency table
- Critical customer incidents/breakdowns troubleshooting them within the agreed service levels for self and team
- Execute Health Check services and closure along with the team for AMC customers
