We are currently working with a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry to recruit a Senior Supply Chain Manager based in Dubai. This critical role will oversee the endtoend supply chain operations across the Middle East region driving efficiency ensuring compliance and supporting the companys growth objectives in a highly regulated and dynamic market.

What Youll be Doing

• Works closely with commercial regulatory and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless of supply chain plans.
• Monitors and evaluates inventory and distribution plans throughout the year adjusting activities as required to reflect changes in market or customer needs and to improve efficiency and costeffectiveness.
• Monitors the performance of suppliers and distributors ensuring work processes are implemented effectively and recommending improvements as needed.
• Conducts regular visits to key markets to collaborate with distributors review supply chain performance and implement new strategies for optimization.

Who You Are

• Minimum requirement of 810 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare supply chain experience.
• Experience managing complex supply chain operations in a regulated environment is essential.
• Strong knowledge of endtoend supply chain management including procurement distribution and logistics.
• Expertise in cold chain management and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations in the Middle East.
