Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of Middle East experience, including 6-8 years in UAE.
• Experience in international consultant environment.
• Excellent understanding of specifications and Authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor architectural works for contract compliance.
• Review and process architectural technical submittals.
• Coordinate architectural activities and operations.
• Review contractors' architectural proposals and claims.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge in exterior envelope details

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to review documentation

Knowledge of building codes in Dubai and UAE

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture
