The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in related fields, exceptional collaboration skills, and familiarity with Salesforce. This role involves managing processes, co-leading with tech teams, and enhancing Sales and Account Management capabilities across several markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy.
• Experience in leading medium-sized strategy teams (3-4 HC).
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales funnel dynamics and account lifecycle strategies.
• Experience with GenAI use cases in a GTM context.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Salesforce adoption strategy.
• Co-lead collaboration with local and central teams to scale Gen-AI.
• Manage and improve AM Bonus and incentive strategy.
• Build standardized processes across the sales funnel.
