About the Role:

Aspire Middle East is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for a leading exhibition stand design and build agency in Dubai, UAE.As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering consistent revenue growth in the exhibitions and experiential marketing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within stand design/build agencies, with the ability to lead business development strategies, manage client portfolios, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and production teams to deliver client requirements effectively.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, secure management approvals, and ensure timely submissions.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience with leading experiential agencies or stand design/build contractors in the UAE.
  • A Senior Sales Manager with consistent achievement of AED 15M+ in annual sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of exhibition stand design, brand activation's, and related technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets with measurable outcomes.
  • Valid passport with the ability and willingness to travel across GCC and internationally.
  • Arabic speakers with exhibitions/events industry experience are preferred.
