About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across hospitality, food & beverage, and entertainment verticals. This role focuses on developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistent sales performance in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new corporate, retail, and institutional clients.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide market feedback to support pricing and promotional strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiation & Contract Management
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Support sales planning and budgeting activities.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
