This role focuses on developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering consistent sales performance in a competitive market.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Identify and develop new corporate, retail, and institutional clients.
    • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales opportunities.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Provide market feedback to support pricing and promotional strategies.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management
    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
    • Negotiate commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting
