Overview
The Sales & Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the company's services. They will develop strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client engagement and service delivery. The role is based at a premium landscaping firm and focuses on the real estate, hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities across landscape design and installation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, engineering and landscape consultancies, real estate firms, hospitality groups, facility management companies, and interior and fit‑out contractors.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical submissions in coordination with estimation and operations teams.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and ensure consistent follow‑up to close deals.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth handover and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decision‑making.
- Represent at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support business development.
